Before Baby™

An introduction to RIE practices for expectant parents or those planning on becoming parents. Learn the principles behind providing respectful care to newborns and building foundational relationships from the beginning. This course offers an invitation to “do less, observe more and enjoy most”.

A deep dive into the principles and practices of the Educaring Approach.

Duration: 60 hours - 36 hours of live instruction in-person, online or hybrid including active participation in the discussion, video, lecture and hand-on activities and 24 hours of self-study involving reading, assignments and observations.

Join a small group of like-minded parents focused on respectful relationships. Classes meet weekly in a supportive, non-judgmental online space to share questions, challenges, and successes. RIE® Mentor Melissa Coyné offers developmental information and guidance connecting theory to practice.
